Return & Exchange Policy

1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available for products returned within 24 hours of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds for products purchased incorrectly or due to customer error.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns or exchanges.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.

3. Defective or Damaged Products
