Tofu Tikka Sandwich

A delicious, protein-rich Tofu Tikka Sandwich made with Soya Bright Soya Paneer, fresh vegetables, and flavorful Indian spices for a healthy and tasty meal.

Ingredients :

For Marination:
½ cup hung curd
½ tsp dry ginger powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp garam masala
½ tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
½ tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tbsp kasuri methi
½ tsp black salt
Salt as per taste
2 green chillies (paste)
Fresh coriander leaves
2 tbsp hot mustard oil
½ cup Soya Bright Soya Paneer (Tofu)
½ cup capsicum (chopped)
½ cup tomato (chopped)

For Sandwich:
Multigrain bread slices
Green chutney
Butter/Ghee

Step by step instruction :

In a bowl, add hung curd, dry ginger powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, dry mango powder, chaat masala, kasuri methi, black salt, salt, green chilli paste, fresh coriander, and hot mustard oil. Mix well.
Add Soya Bright Soya Paneer, capsicum, and tomatoes to the marinade. Mix everything well and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Spread green chutney on multigrain bread slices and add the prepared tofu tikka mixture evenly.
Apply butter or ghee on the outer side of the bread and grill/toast until golden and crispy.
Cut into halves and serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
